Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for administering and organizing various types of projects within the Mission: Lifeline Stroke team. Responsibilities include working with Program Consultants on project deliverables such as grant agreement execution, payments, and tracking overall project status. This position will also work closely with several different departments within the national office to ensure success.

* Performs various administrative tasks, including maintaining project documentation, coordinating outreach and agreements, to help facilitate smooth client onboarding processes.

* Coordinating event planning and logistics for continuing education workshops and conferences.

* Maintains excellent time management and communication skills with both internal and external partners to meet project deliverables and deadlines.

* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Additional Information

Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Bachelor’s degree in business administration or pertinent degree is preferred. * At least three (3) years of administrative support experience. * Excellent process management and organizational skills. * Skill in PC and computer equipment including word processing, accounting, data base management, Microsoft Word and Excel, and other related software applications. * Knowledge of business English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Effective written and verbal communications. * Ability to work without close supervision as well as the ability to be an effective collaborative team player. * Ability to multi-task and work in a faced paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills. * Understanding of the functions, resources, and operations of nonprofits. * Cardiac, Stroke, and/or Resuscitation science knowledge/experience, preferred. Compensation & Benefits The expected pay range will be $45,000 to $55,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
