General Purpose: Provide support and assistance with all aspects of the indirect lending program, including dealer/member contact.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

1. Responsible for processing indirect loan packets (physical or electronic) and prepare for funding.
2. Responsible for reviewing indirect memberships for accuracy and opening membership.
3. Responsible for scanning all indirect lending packets into electronic storage.
4. Responsible for auditing all scanned documents for accuracy and proper storage.
5. Responsible for contacting members to resolve red flags.
6. Responsible for keeping in contact with dealers during all stages of funding process, including follow up on held offerings.

Other Duties/Responsibilities

1. Provide loan payoff quotes to dealers or members.
2. Complete adverse action notices for indirect loans.
3. Gather mail and drop-offs daily to distribute as needed.
4. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Underwriting/Indirect Lending Manager

Job Knowledge 1. Working knowledge of the credit union's products and services. 2. Working knowledge of organization's policies/procedures and credit union's service philosophy. 3. Working knowledge of safety and security program for false alarms, robberies, bomb threats and extortion. 4. Working knowledge of credit union's in-house computer system / Internet. 5. Working knowledge of state and federal consumer lending regulations.
