    Rapid City, SD Registered Nurse - RN Seeking long term care registered nurse. MLR.org is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care, long term care, either directly or through delegation to supervised staff. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care and patient needs.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans with the patient and family.
  • Administer medications and treatments, including fluid and respiratory therapy.
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate with physicians and healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and discharge plans.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Maintain clinical competence through ongoing education and training.
  • Lead nursing teams during shifts and maintain positive staff relationships. Qualifications
  • Active RN license in South Dakota.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience preferred, but not required.
