Job Summary

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling staff to meet the company's labor needs and requirements. Serving as a key liaison, this position holds the authority to make decisions regarding patient placement, including the allocation of nursing personnel.

Schedule Details
Location: Remote (Central US)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Duties and Responsibilities

* Collaborates with the Director of Nursing to facilitate and oversee care coordination.
* Communicates patient care information effectively to both internal and external staff.
* Ensures proper documentation of patient information and updates care plans and orders as required.
* Ensures compliance with relevant external standards and regulations.
* Organizes and coordinates treatment plans between patients and the medical team.
* Serves as a liaison between the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
* Maintains daily staffing reports and provides weekly updates to management.
* Prepares work schedules and ensures all staffing requirements are met.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. * Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. * Proficient in basic computer programs, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic medical records. Education and Experience Requirements * High school diploma or GED. * Previous experience as a staffing coordinator or in a similar role.
