Night - flexible but typically 4pm until setup or takedowns are finished. Great for after school or as a second job if available!

Our team sets up and picks up rooms to exceed client expectations with buffets, tables, chairs, stages, sound systems, beverage areas, backdrops, head tables, presentation materials and more!

• Setup tables, chairs, and room décor to client or sales department specification
• Takedown meeting equipment after guest meetings
• Setup stages, dance floors, and other requested equipment
• Store banquet furniture in an organized way in designated areas
• Watch for and report damage to hotel or rental equipment
• Other duties as-assigned
